Instructions
Take 1-2 grams of granules or 2-4 capsules twice a day, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Mix granules with warm water and allow it to dissolve before consumption.
Precautions
Do not combine with Gan Jiang (dried ginger), Niu Xi (twotoothed achyranthes root), or Wu Tou (aconite main root). Contraindicated in those with deficiency and weakness of the Spleen and Stomach.
