With Bie Jia, vents the muscle layer and cools tidal fevers associated with consumption, especially Wind consumption with steaming bones. With Zhi Mu, Bie Jia and Di Gu Pi, for steaming bone sensation with tidal fever and night sweats caused by Yin Deficiency and Heat.

Harmonizes the Exterior and Interior, disperses Wind-Heat and resolves Phlegm and congestion.
