Rx. Astragali Huang Qi 1.5-30g

Strongly tonifies Qi, strengthens the Spleen and raises Spleen Yang.

With Ren Shen, for Qi Deficiency with general debility, anorexia and spontaneous perspiration. With Bai Zhu, for Spleen Qi Deficiency with weakness, lassitude and loose stools.

Rx. Ginseng Ren Shen 1-20g

Strongly tonifies Qi, reinforces Yang and harmonizes the Middle Jiao.

With Bai Zhu and Zhi Gan Cao, assists Huang Qi in strengthening Qi.

(Rx. Codonopsis) Dang Shen 8-30g

Substitutes for Ren Shen.
