Echinacea & Coldenseal Plus (non-alcohol)

PRIMARY SUPPLEMENTAL USES FOR SYMPTOMS: Colds/Flu that are active, Bacterial Infections, Viral Infections, Sinus Infections, Pink Eye.

INGREDIENTS: Echinacea angustifolia Root, Goldenseal Root, Myrrh Gum, Fresh Osha Root, Usnea Lichen, Vegetable Glycerin, Xylitol, Deionized Water.

Note: First extracted in alcohol to maximize potency, then the alcohol is removed and replaced with a sweet glycerin base.
FORMULA RATIO: 1:2.83 overall

HERBAL PROPERTIES: Immuno-Stimulant, Anti-bacterial, Anti-viral, Anti-microbial, Astringent.

INDICATIONS: Echinacea & Goldenseal Plus is an acute help formula, to be used when either one feels like they are about to come down with a cold/flu (take every couple hours), or if cold/flu symptoms are already present (take at least 3 times per day until symptoms subside). Echinacea may stimulates innate immunity and excites the white blood cells in general circulation while Goldenseal and Osha may stimulate immunity in the respiratory tract to act more vigorously.

Goldenseal is indicated for warm and hot immune conditions in TCM tehory. In the respiratory, it works best when the mucus is thick, yellow or green in color. It is also widely used for sinus conditions. It should only be used when acute or sick. Do not use over 2 weeks.

Goldenseal is becoming a threatened plant, so only organically cultivated goldenseal should be used.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS AND CAUTIONS:
Pregnancy, Diabetes. Do not use over 2 weeks in a row.
